Crashes With Injuries Reported On I-295 (Developing)

Two crashes with injuries were reported on Interstate 295 in Mercer and Burlington counties, authorities said.

The first crash occurred at about 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14 on I-295 southbound south of Exit 75 (Bear Tavern Road) in Ewing Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Based on a preliminary investigation a vehicle traveling south lost directional control and ran off the roadway, according to State Police. No injuries were reported, police said.

The second crash occurred at about 3:45 p.m. southbound South of Exit 43 in Mount Laurel Township. The crash closed down one right lane and the shoulder, 511nj.org reported.
